How quickly do you really reply?
During working hours, typically within 3–4 hours. Outside hours, beginning of the next working day. We don't run an after-hours support team — that's for clients on Embedded with on-call SLAs. For everyone else, real humans, real working hours, real replies.
Can I just call without an email first?
Yes. The phone line is monitored during working hours. If we miss it, you'll get a call back within an hour. The receptionist is real, not AI — though we do offer to build you one.
I want a free audit. What do I do?

info@mindcraft.solutions or use any other channel and ask for the audit. We'll send a 5-question intake form, then book a 30-min discovery call. Audit takes about two weeks; you keep what we deliver regardless of next steps.
Do you do consulting calls before audit?
For complex enterprise situations: yes, free 60-minute scoping call. For standard SMB engagements: no — the audit itself is short enough that "consulting before audit" rarely makes sense. We'd rather just start.
What about Tbilisi or Orlando?
Founders work between Wilmington (HQ), Tbilisi (development hub), and Orlando (coastal office). For meetings in any of these locations, ping us — happy to do in-person if it makes sense. The deck schematic above only shows Wilmington because that's where the mailbox is.
