We already use HubSpot's built-in routing. Why pay for this?
Built-in routing is round-robin or basic territory. It doesn't enrich, doesn't score on your historical data, doesn't handle multi-channel sources, and doesn't enforce SLAs with alerts. We build on top of HubSpot — we don't replace it. You keep using HubSpot; it just gets smarter.
How fast is "fast"?
Median first-touch from lead-arrival to rep-notification: under 60 seconds. The fastest workflows we run hit assignment in under 8 seconds. We measure this; it's on the dashboard.
What about leads from offline channels?
Trade shows, sales call lists, partner referrals, manual outreach — all can be pumped through the same pipeline via API or simple intake forms your reps fill out on their phone. The system normalises everything before scoring.
Will the scoring model "lock us in" to your stack?
No. The model lives in your CRM as scores. If you ever leave, you keep the data, the rules, and the integrations. We don't believe in lock-in via opacity. Source code in your repos.
How much CRM hygiene do you require to start?
More than zero, less than perfect. We start with whatever state your CRM is in. Cleanup happens in parallel — and the act of putting all leads through one pipeline makes the data cleaner over time.
What enrichment data sources do you use?
Depends on your industry and budget. B2B: Clearbit, Apollo, ZoomInfo, BuiltWith. Consumer: mostly behavioural signals from your own product. Always: public LinkedIn, company websites, news mentions. We pick what's most cost-effective for your case.
What's it cost?
