Is this just spam with extra steps?
No. AI-personalised outbound at scale only works if it's actually useful to the recipient — otherwise reply rates collapse and your sender reputation tanks. We set up the rules to prevent volume-without-value: hard caps on frequency, consent-tracking, and message-quality checks before sending.
Will it sound like AI?
We tune extensively in week one to match your brand voice. The honest answer: a careful reader can sometimes tell. The dishonest answer is "never." We don't promise that — but we do promise reply rates that beat human-written templated outbound, every time. We measure both side-by-side every month.
Do we need to leave our existing email tool?
No. We work with what you have — Customer.io, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Pardot, Marketo. We orchestrate them, we don't replace them. The personalisation layer sits in front of whatever sender you use.
What if our compliance team has questions?
Bring them. We've answered every GDPR/CCPA/CAN-SPAM question multiple times. We can map our setup to your DPA, provide audit logs, and route any individual data request through proper channels. Suppression is enforced platform-wide.
How does it pick send time?
For each recipient, we look at when they've opened and replied historically, then optimise within their timezone and your business hours. New recipients get a sensible default (Tuesday 10am local) until we have data. We never send on weekends without explicit opt-in.
What about deliverability?
We monitor sender reputation continuously, throttle sending if domains are getting flagged, rotate IPs only if you're on a shared sender, and warm new domains over weeks not days. Bounce rates are kept under 1.5% via aggressive list hygiene.
What's it cost?
Lifecycle outbound is included in the Engine tier ($3,500/mo) for up to 6 active sequences. Additional sequences are $400/mo each. Pass-through ESP costs (Customer.io, Postmark, etc.) are billed direct to you, plus Claude API typically $80–400/mo at our typical volumes.
